Task: bibiotic is a leading brand specializing in high-quality postbiotics and gut health products. The company focuses on health innovation, offering effective and reliable solutions for improving digestion and strengthening immunity. With a mission to provide balance and wellness, bibiotic strives to become a trusted partner for every consumer.

The project’s goal was to design a comprehensive marketing campaign to successfully introduce and position the bibiotic brand in the Romanian market. The campaign aimed to:

  • Launch an entirely new product category (postbiotics) in Romania.
  • Educate consumers about the product’s benefits.
  • Identify key target groups and regions.
  • Establish a network of local partners.
  • Create a strong connection with the local audience.

Main Objectives

  • Increase brand awareness for bibiotic as a premium probiotic brand in Romania.
  • Communicate the effectiveness of the products in a clear and accessible way for local consumers.
  • Build an engaged online community and drive sales through digital channels.

Solution

The project included a comprehensive marketing mix combining brand positioning, content creation, and advertising strategies:

  1. Key Visual and Slogan:
    We developed a key visual that conveys health, balance, and professionalism. The visual elements used light, natural colors inspired by nature to communicate purity and the high quality of the products.
  2. Video Content:
    We produced a series of short videos showcasing the products’ benefits in a simple and accessible manner. These videos were distributed across social media and online platforms (banners, video content).
  3. Social Media Content:
    We created a series of posts and articles for Facebook and Instagram, focusing on educational content about gut health and the unique properties of bibiotic products for various medical conditions, such as bloating, dysbiosis, antibiotic treatments, dermatological issues, and more. The posts featured attractive visuals and interactive formats, such as polls and short videos.
  4. Influencer Marketing:
    We collaborated with local Romanian influencers in the health and lifestyle segments who promoted bibiotic products through their channels. They shared personal recommendations and engaged their audiences with the products.
  5. Digital Advertising:
    We leveraged Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and DV360 to reach the target audience. The campaign targeted individuals seeking gut health solutions, as well as active parents and athletes interested in a healthy lifestyle. Banners and ad texts were customized based on audience interests.

Results

  • The campaign reached over 1 million users within the first three months.
