How do we work for SEO projects?


The development of a SEO project includes several stages and should be considered as a long-term project. Both preliminary efforts are needed to develop and build a stable base, on which to build the website, as well as consistent on-going optimization.

In this stage we will analyze the existing stage of the site online. We make different types of analyses like:

  • Situation analysis: analysis of the activities, realized until the moment, page Rank, links to the page, indexed pages in different searches
  • Competition analysis
  • Site visitor analysis
  • Site content analysis: key words, content, titles, tags, metatags URL names and so on.
  • Analysis of the site: HTML validation, CSS validation, validation of the links, architecture, blog etc.

At this stage, based on the analysis we have done in the previous part, we are launching the actual optimization work. During the process we will realize the following elements:

  • Improving the content of the site: choosing keywords and expressions, correcting texts, creating unique titles, tags, metatags of each page, spelling correction, optimization of visual elements.
  • Correction to site codes if necessary (this stage will be realized with minimal interference of our side): HTML validation, CSS validation, site accessibility by search engines, validation of the links, setting of error code pages – 404, 3xx, 4xx, improving of the landing page, building site map, improving the site speed, removing duplicated pages and so on.
  • Site indexing: checking and upgrading /correcting robots.txt, nofollow, noindex, search for index errors;
  • Hosting services: checking the provided hosting services and if necessary recommendations for improving the performance of the site;
  • Sign up for the site in: Google Analytics, Google Webmasters tools, Google Places etc.;
  • Recommendations for working with the site.

The aim of this stage is to observe the changes that have occurred in the site after the initial process. This is the phase in which, if necessary, additional changes are made to the site to improve its performance.

The maintenance of the optimization of a web site should not be a one-time process but a whole strategy. A successful SEO can support the brand by increasing its online presence, increasing the direct ads investment and creating more online influence.

On-going SEO support is required because very often your competitors constantly update their sites, new pages or subpages of competitive products appear daily, the searches change the algorithms of their work, changes are made to the words you are looking for, new content is added to your site and so on.
