\nTask:<\/strong> The Syngenta Group unites 30,000 employees in over 90 countries, offering tailored solutions to benefit farmers in agriculture. With its sustained presence since 2008, Syngenta Bulgaria Ltd has made significant contributions to the development of agriculture in Bulgaria.<\/p>\n

Syngenta Crop Protection approached us to organize three large regional events in Kazanlak, Sofia, and Golden Sands, where they would introduce their latest crop protection products to farmers and distributors from Central Bulgaria, Western Bulgaria, and Eastern Bulgaria respectively.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator sep_color=”color-162357″ css_animation=”bottom-t-top” animation_delay=”100″ el_height=”2 px”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_icon position=”left” icon=”fa fa-presentation” icon_color=”color-162357″ size=”fa-3x” text_size=”h4″ text_weight=”500″ css_animation=”bottom-t-top” animation_delay=”100″ align=”left” title=”Solution” uncode_shortcode_id=”179676″ icon_color_type=”uncode-palette”][\/vc_icon][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text css_animation=”bottom-t-top” animation_delay=”100″ uncode_shortcode_id=”142776″]We created a comprehensive concept for one-day events consisting of a daytime seminar and an evening entertainment program. Our team handled the development and execution of the events, including creating a key visual concept and numerous promotional materials (invitations, roll banners, videos, VJ loops, and others). We placed visual materials in hotel lobbies to enhance the overall event experience, and provided gift packages for each guest, delivered personally to their rooms. For technical support, including stage construction, visual effects, and sound, we collaborated with Joker Media. It was used for both the seminar portion, where Syngenta employees presented to guests, and the evening entertainment.<\/p>\n

Each of the three events had between 250 and 300 attendees, demonstrating both the high interest of potential clients in Syngenta’s crop protection products and our ability to conduct such large-scale events smoothly. The events were held at luxurious hotels: Kings Valley Medical & Spa in Kazanlak, Grand Hotel Milenium Sofia in Sofia, and International Hotel in Golden Sands, to create a sense of respect and comfort for the guests throughout their visit. During the seminar portion, coffee breaks were provided for relaxation and networking opportunities. After a break, there was a welcome drink followed by dinner. During dinner, host Pavel Vladimirov ensured a good atmosphere following a script prepared by our team. Two fun games were also organized. A string quartet performed during dinner, which was well received by the guests. After dinner, singer Kamelia took the stage and was very well accepted, energizing the audience.
